Please include the steps you took, what you expected, your browser, whether you used ChatGPT or the standalone player, and any visible error. A small original example helps reproduce notation issues. Remove personal details and music you do not want to share.

A file will not open

Use supported MusicXML (.musicxml or .xml), compressed MusicXML (.mxl), or Music Score JSON. PDF, images, audio and general text are not score import formats. If the player reports unsupported notation, preserve your original and check the diagnostic before simplifying or changing it.

I cannot hear playback

Press Play to allow the browser to start audio. Check your device volume, output device and tab audio settings. Pause and resume after switching an audio device. If the issue persists, include your browser and device in your report.

The ChatGPT integration is unavailable

Compose is the current Music Score functionality. Its public ChatGPT listing is coming soon; the Try now buttons currently open ChatGPT. Existing developer test connections may have separate access. Service capacity limits can temporarily reject requests. Keep a downloaded JSON or MusicXML copy so you can reopen it in the standalone player.
